The Conservancy and the Catalina: The Wild Side Committee are excited to invite you to the 1st Annual Catalina: The Wild Side Dinner, Art Show and Sale. Taking place over two days, the event begins with an exclusive Artists Preview Dinner on Friday, June 10, at Castillo del Mar - the home of Blanny Avalon Hagenah. This beautiful, cliff-side home offers sweeping terraces and a unique vantage point of Avalon Bay. Our nine featured artists will preview select pieces that will be available the following day. This event is also our Island Leadership Circle Event. SPACE IS LIMITED. On Saturday, June 11, art lovers from throughout Southern California will gather at the Catalina Island Country Club for Catalina: The Wild Side - a reimagined art show of Catalina Island-focused plein air art. This year, our artists have been roaming the green hills of the Island to bring you some extra special pieces that capture Catalina's "wild side," in addition to the ever-popular images of Avalon and Two Harbors.
