Casino Point Marine Park

Casino Point Marine Park is located at the end of Catalina Casino building and it is Southern California’s first city designated underwater park, which was established in 1965 by the City of Avalon.

Casino Point Marine Park has giant kelp forests, abundant marine life, and many shipwrecks for the divers to explore. Many artificial reefs are also made to offer artificial habitats to the marine life.

Catalina Divers Supply

Catalina Divers Supply is the original scuba diving facility that was started in 1958. It continues to inspire the diving tradition on the island and offer year-round rentals, service, as well as sales of scuba and snorkel equipment.

They also offer the dive vessel named Cat Dive, which is a forty-two foot aluminum boat with plenty of storage, spacious deck, showers, and transom door to the swim step, which offer easy dive access. Catalina Divers Supply offer guided scuba courses and dives to the visitors.

Scuba Diving At Two Harbors

Two Harbors is ideally located to offer access to some of the world’s best scuba diving spots. The water is clean and clear and is voted the “World’s Healthiest Marine Environment” by Scuba Diving Magazine.

 

The water temperature may vary from 55 to 72 degrees and it offers visibility ranging from forty to a hundred feet. Two Harbors offer both kayak diving and shore diving. Two Harbors Dive & Recreation Center offer all diving gear and kayaks for rent.
